Navigare is the Italian word for to navigate or steer.  Supply chain leaders are finding themselves constantly reacting to a changing business environment.  Technology is evolving faster than ever before, customer demands are changing, and it's hard to navigate through these challenges while simultaneously developing new competencies in the organization.  Navigare was founded to help steer companies through change as a constant, to help supply chain leaders chart their course to accelerate supply chain transformation and amplify impact.

Navigare was founded by Kristen Daihes, a former Vice President and global supply chain leader.  Kristen has years of experience on the front lines of supply chain and digital transformation initiatives.  She has lead special project assessments, overall strategy, capability centers of excellence, and supply chain operations for Fortune 500 companies like SC Johnson, Mars, Unilever, and Procter & Gamble.

Kristen pivoted from industry and brought invaluable business leadership to a fast-growing data science startup joining as Partner in 2015.  She helped navigate the business through two acquisitions by technology companies in 2019 and 2020.  She worked with numerous clients in accelerating practical business value through analytics driven transformation.  Her first-hand experience in implementing sustainable business process change enabled by technology makes her highly proficient at connecting out-of-the-box thinking with business outcomes.
